See, I don't understand this, here. How is Gamzee unkillable? Godtiers can only be die if their death is heroic or just. Clearly after everyone he has killed, his death would be just, just as Vriska's was (if that's really what it was, as the clock that was determining whether it was or not was given liberal percussive maintenance by... well, Jack's crowbar). Or are we defining justice in different ways in terms of Gamzee? His incredibly dense (and pseudo-bulletproof) plot armor baffles me.

I'm guessing that being the "Most Important Character In Homestuck" means he can only die at some really significant part of the plot :V

Condesce could just be trying to rebel on Lord English by helping the kids along, but the thing is, Jack is obviously being manipulated to do somethin' like this too, so it's probably just all of Caliborn's plan, I guess.

Judging from how he talks to Jake, he wants to have some kind of person to challenge him. I guess that'd be some motivation.

Sorry but they're gonna be perfectly fine. Aradia was already dead, had her corpse blown up on a Sacrificial Slab, and she STILL got god tier.

All of the kids except for jake are their dream selves currently, just with their clothes changed, so their ascension would probably work just like Rose's and Dave's when the green sun was formed. As for jake, I'm pretty sure Calliope would have said something if it wasn't possible for him to ascend seeing as she knows the mechanics of sburb pretty well.

iirc calliope was clear that the slabs in the middle of derse/prospit do not require your dreamself to be alive, so basically as long as you are not a ghost (aka not totally dead) you can achieve god tier
