>"I think I can get the 'terrorists' to stand down, though. Please note that I'm about to mislead them, so I will be saying a few things that aren't entirely accurate. Also, make sure you're all quiet. This won't work if they hear sound from another person."
>Press the communicator button.
>Say the following while speaking softly: "Sorry it took me so long to respond. I couldn't speak freely while with the soldiers, but I managed to get a few minutes alone by saying I had to relieve myself. I don't have a lot of time, so I'll make this quick. That 'special advisor' I mentioned, Sariel, is from my world. From Higan, the same place as me. She got kicked out, and now she wants revenge. She's been manipulating Canus into attacking Gensokyo, and misinforming him about it, and especially about Higan. She's been behind Canus from the start, before he was even the Emperor. We expose her, and Canus's hold on power is suddenly one hell of a lot less secure. If the people learn that the entire Empire was based on the lies of a vengeful woman, well, it won't do Canus any favors, I'll put it that way. In order to expose Sariel, I need to go back to Gensokyo and get proof that Sariel's full of shit. I'm only cooperating with Canus and his men so I can get home and get that proof. Part of that 'cooperation' involves getting you to stand down. Canus would prefer surrender, but I said there's no way you'd accep that, and that the best I could do is getting you to leave, and he accepted that. If you don't stand down, he won't trust me enough for me to pull off the rest."
>Press.
>Look over to Sombraluz.
>"They'll likely be much more cooperative if they think I'm giving them what they want."
>Remember to speak softly again when we're back on the communicator.
