Made a StB video containing some highlights from speedrunning and hard stuff like escaping the kunai ring in 7-5 without camera (my best timeout attempt is getting it down to ~45 seconds left IIRC), capturing 7-2 the hard way and MMD Hatate playing StB. Mostly a fun video editing project.

I was doing some Stage 6 of UFO Lunatic for warmup and I while going for a capture of Legendary Flying Saucer I died on the blue/purple wave and decided to just start timing the card out at the red waves instead of finishing it off. I then proceeded to timeout the whole card without dying a single time after that first death, holy shit. I didn't even consider it was possible for me, I just kind of did it. It was kind of lucky in its own way, if I hadn't died on the first waves of the attack I would have probably just captured it instead of going for a timeout. I probably wont go for a NMNB timeout though, as it's a bit too tedious to get that far, and I rather have the capture for my history anyway.

Broke 1 billion on PCB the easy way, and then I got a neat lunatic 1cc out of nowhere. Pretty nice score too, I think. I'm almost too hardcore sometimes :V

70 million, 1000% motivation finish of C-1. Hardest GFW route for sure so that feels just great.

Also 1cc'd UFO Lunatic with Reimu-A and Marisa-A back-to-back just now. That's a great feeling too, the Marisa run even ended 2/0 which is totally inexplicable to me and almost makes me regret not going for blues (although LFS surely would have been tense if I had done that.) and the Reimu run almost had a "perfect" Ichirin (dead on second non because I suck sometimes) and Murasa (bombed the second non because I don't even know)

So that's all characters done for UFO but all shot-types has to be done at some point... I know what I must do next with this game and that is 1cc with Marisa-B :ohdear:

Opened up UFO today and instantly got another NMNBNUFO stage 5, pretty cool. I think I'm ready to get that clear now.

After not playing Touhou for approx one month, i come back to attempt a game, so far not managed to 1cc hard mode of MoF, even though i could do it before, so now i try VowG on Lunatic, not bad for a first attempt managed to 1D1B, lets hope for a No Death No Bomb.

Nabbed a timeout of Keine's first boss non. I was pretty surprised by how many bullets was in it when not shooting familiars. Pretty fun attack. Unfortunately i messed up at the 2nd one. Will have to get that some other time.

NMNB Murasa

I still don't see the appeal of doing the same with stages (most of the time, at least... some stages may be worth the effort) but it sure is nice to give the bosses your all, especially in UFO since I'd normally bomb the everliving shit out of them. Lately I've started to actually try to capture their spells from time to time.

I will get that Shou NMNB if It's the last thing I do, but Greatest Treasure can fuck itself, so I'm unsure if I really want to go through the trouble of "perfecting" the entire stage. By the way, I would like some of you superior players input on this. If I want a NMNBNUFO run of stage 5, which is better, needles or homing? Assuming I actually want to capture all the spells, homing is pretty useful against Aura of Light, and it definitely helps against the third non and Vajra. Homing might be better for doom fairies as well, but needles should be superior against everything else. These are my thoughts at least, I could be wrong somewhere.

Sakuya's 2nd nonspell (best nonspell of all time)

Scarlet Meister (REALLY stupid death where I pretty much just stood there and let a bullet fly into me because I thought the card was about to end (which it was). Remilia had a millimeter of health left and if I just sidestepped I would have captured it)

God flipping dammit. I had a No Deaths stage portion, a fabulous first few nons/cards, then I had to die who knows how much times to the giant flashlight spell and Open Universe. I died to the aimed nonspell because I forgot to move. Seriously.

That is an AMAZING RUN down the drain.

Oh yeah, BONUS CONTENT: I actually managed to survive a full wave of Big Crunch without dying/bombing. 90fps Big Crunch, when regular damn Big Crunch is hard enough.

Finally cleared UFO Extra for the second time, after 5 days of struggling since my first victory came by complete surprise! Still not really feeling like I've improved at Nue in those 5 days, but I did figure out to use the UFOs to rack up 5 extra bombs, saving me despite that =\.

I went back to DS for a while and improved 10 scenes and got the total time to 44:59.81!!!

9-1 and 12-2 are among the improved scenes.
