> Whisper again.
> "Got it."
> Let's go for a ride!
>You go for a ride!
>The cart is a bit cramped, but not enough to be uncomfortable. You hug your knees to your chest, and try to keep your balance as the cart moves along. The path is not straight; Ruukuto twists, wends, and doubles back fairly often. Sometimes she converses with people in their native language, other times you hear her putting things onto and off of the cart. Minutes tick by, and you have no idea what is going on outside. You hear people walk by, some with heavy steps and some with light. There aren't too many, thankfully, and only on few conversatations that Ruukoto seems to get involved in. At one point, when Ruukoto enters into a room, or so it sounds, you feel yourself sink sightly as though the room were dropping.
>"Okay," Ruukoto says, taking quietly and in a tone that sound like VIVIT's more than her own, "When I give the side of this thing a kick in a couple minutes, I want you to get out as fast as you can and hide in the laundry. I'm gonna cover you with it. Got it?"
