I use my Qi for a Chinese Martial Art, based in 'Strong' fist, basically, hitting things really, really, really hard. Although, you only know the basics of using your Qi, and don't know any martial art to apply it to, but once you have some kind of structured fighting style, it's a lot quicker and easier to use your Qi, and comes a lot more naturally, not to mention you can specialise your abilities."
