>"...About the steel types. You would'nt happen to know any, well, much rarer ones, would ya? Maybe something that would... Suit me?"

> "Um... Nothing rarer than Heatran. However, I think you would like Skarmory; it's one of the few bird types large enough to carry you from town to town. Most of them are too small, even after they evolve. They tend to live in mountains, especially ones in particularly harsh environments. It's not uncommon to see them in deserts either."

> "Bisharp is alright, but if you like getting involved in your battles you'd like lucario. They can read their trainers' aura to sync up with their trainers, which makes it easy to battle alongside them." As you turn to leave, Jasmine asks "Would you like to swap numbers?"

>Let's Numberswap!

> You swap numbers with Jasmine, and say goodbye to her.

> You exit the pokemon center and travel west for 15 minutes, before reaching a beach. You find Sanae with her pokemon, lifting rocks. She hasn't noticed you yet, devoting her attention to an odd red rock she picked up underneath one of larger boulders. The rock stares back at her.

>"Sensative little critter, isn't he?"

> "They're pretty shy. Near impossible to capture too. Watch." Sanae picks it up and places it on a rock. "Croagunk, brick break it straight through the boulder." Her frog hits it. Then it hits it again. And again. After about 10 hits, the boulder cracks in two under the red shell, which itself is unscathed. She throws a pokeball, and it breaks open almost immediately. "See? Nothing can even scratch this thing."

>"I don't think you can capture it like that."

>"Let me try it." Send out Lighter and have him use ember in one of it's holes.

> Your lighter picks it up and blasts one of its holes full of fire. It pops it's head out of it's shell and bites your Lighter. Lighter barely seems to notice.

>"I think you couldn't get it is because it's not weakened at all... I know a friend that can help probably, though she uses steel..."

> "I did try filling the holes with acid. It didn't work. I'm thinking it's using rest to repair the damage as fast as I dish it out. You'd have to make it faint to catch it."

>Wait... Could that rock around It be steel?

> You check your pokedex. It says that Shuckle is a rock-bug type. You don't think the shell is steel, but it is amazingly hard.

> Lets get Myon out here.

> You let Myon out of it's ball. "Awaiting orders, boss."

> "You can talk?" Sanae says to your haunter. She starts talking real fast, "You have to join me I'm the shrine maiden of Moriya and through your faith my god can manifest her virtues will you join us youkai?"

> Haunter rubs it's chin in thought. "Mmmmmm, Nah!" it says, giving Sanae a giant lick.

> Sanae gags, brushing the gunk off. "Through faith in my gods all things are possible. Perhaps I didn't properly explain the nature of my religion. As a believer in Kanako, you receive her graces and her blessings simply by virtue of your belief. Think of it as a contract with the gods, the more faith you give..."

> Lets let it go on for a bit longer.  If it gets really off track, we'll interrupt.

> Sanae continues, "The more faith you give, the greater the goddesses blessing. Say a hundred ghosts gave their faith to Kanako; the goddess would be able to manifest her virtues and appear here. If it were ten thousand, Kanako would be able to move mountains."

> Myon retorts, "The average Machamp can move mountains with 3 arms tied behind it's back."

> "A mere machamp can't compare to the power of a goddess, and a mere machamp cannot protect you with it's blessing. If you are willing to follow in Kanako's path, Kanako's blessing will always follow you on the winds," Sanae says raising her arms, as a gush of air flows from behind her. Haunter swirls his hands and his eyes, as Sanae continues, "Join today, and I'll even throw in... a... charm..." Sanae drifts off, switching to a blank stare. She dulling monotones. "What is your wish, master?"

> "Worship me as your god," Myon says with a snap of his fingers.

> "I do all things in your name, god." Sanae says with a bow. "Thank you for allowing me to stand in your presense." She turns to you "Show your respect, you stand in the presense of one far greater than yourself."

> "It's alright, she's with me," Myon responds back.

> Brining out Myon probobly wasn't the greatest idea seeing as we deliberately hid him from Sanae before, but we don't have any other choice, except maybe using the 'Diamond-hard' hooves of Dash.

> You recall you didn't even have that choice, since Dash is currently healing in the pokemon center. You consider taking the shuckle back with you. Even though you may not be able to catch it, someone in town might know how, and it's not particularly hard to carry. You suppose you could also make a few phone calls.

> Think up cover-story if Sanae asks why you didn't show her Myon earlier.

You consider possible stories.

>Well we could just say that Myon was injured, so it could be treated at the poke on center.

That'll work. Once Sanae snaps out of it.

>"Well, I am sure that there are other pokemon that are able to talk..."

> "God is not a pokemon!" Sanae insists.

>After their converation, tell Myon to get the pokemon to faint, but don't kill the little guy.

> "Even if I wanted to, I'm not sure I could kill it. Dropping it, burning it, freezing it, electrocuting it, it'll bounce back from anything. Let's try cursing it." Your haunter conjures a spike, which it then rams into it's head. It starts bleeding from the forhead. "You might be able to take it out if you hit it with everything. The curse should help, but I have a splitting headache, mind if I take a bite?" Myon is drooling over Sanae, who is still prostrating herself.

>Lets not tell her what happen. It might make her depressed that her faith did not protect her.

>No we don't.

> Thinking back to your relationship with Kaguya over the millenia, you realize you don't even feel slightly sorry for her. You then consider the most painful ways to commit suicide possible, so that Myon can hypnotize her into commiting them the next time you meet. You think about hypnotizing her into tying a rock onto her ankle and making her jump off a boat, and wonder if there is a good way to make her explode while she drowns.

>After leaving Sanae, kill ourselves for even having that thought come across our mind.

> You decide to blow your brains out, that's always a good way to clear bad thoughts from your head. Any reason to wait until Sanae's gone?

>Chuckle. "I gotta admit though, I dunno what possessed you to do something like that, getting Myon all riled up. He's pretty dangerous when he's riled up y'know. Even killed me once."

> Was it once or twice? Meh, getting your heart ripped out is a mortal-enough wound to count you suppose.

> "Instinct? I don't know. You can't be locked into logic, sometimes you just gotta do things because they feel right," Sanae says, stretching her arms in a way that very prominently reveals her underarms to you.
