Oh well, okay, I guess most of the main scum suspects were already flipped/everyone gave up on them after they claimed. Also you getting your results this early means... oh well. Nevermind.

Anyway in the defense of Affinity's role functioning differently, well, it makes sense in the terms that even the small possibility of two cops at once would be -ridiculous-. With the powerup compared to the other backups being nerfed in that there's a cop enabler required.

Pretty sure we want rawr and I to claim our full roles + targets AFTER the major suspects claim, so that we can act as claim checkers.

Affinity is scum, so yeah.
- Role name is not congruent with mine after further thought, in actual "mod probably wouldn't do this" sort of way (it's a different sort of tell then what I was using earlier, so I believe it's valid)
- Would lynch for reaction to my attempt to start a last minute wagon regardless. He thought Dormio looked the worst in his #1015 and had been after Dormio since switching off of Omba, but there's no effort to make Dormio a viable wagon instead of just whoever I pushed. Most other people were at least trying to get the last minute quickwagon on their preferred lynch target.

Call me crazy, but I'm also starting to doubt the legitimacy of Omba's cop claim. Non-standard priorities are very, very rare for investigative roles. What're the odds one pops up in the same game that Dan theorizes there are non-standard priorities (which he doesn't actually have)? I don't like how he's implying it's a side effect of the night talk, either, that makes no sense since it didn't affect anybody else. Plus, that's kind of an unnecessary buff to the macho cop.

I think HW going off of non-standard priority as a reason to doubt Omba is a little WIFOMy considering that other people have received their results early before as well. But I agree it's a buff to the cop that I wouldn't expect, so... frrf.

Macho cop would be a very odd scum claim compared to normal cop, plus we've got a backup cop claimed, do we really think they're BOTH scum?

And also an extremely bizzare thing to lie about.

We've got a cop who cannot be doc'd and a backup cop (and me the cop enabler). Unless they're BOTH scum (bastard mod since me), Omba is definitely Actually A Cop.

If they're both Actually A Cop, then they'll be nightkilled one after the other and we won't get any results! And I'll probably keep being useless.

But if I'm nightkilled, Omba can receive one more result! I asked Shadoweh.

Of course they might just kill Omba anyway, in which case who cares if I claimed, cop's already dead.

So, basically, it makes perfect sense for me to claim :3 It might look stupid at first glance, but...

If scum either deem it as worth nking me anyway or do it and don't realize they'd let the cop actually get a result, then Omba gets to cop again and should be confirmtown for a day until dying n3.

Or they don't NK me, and nothing is lost by claiming.

Okay back to current events now.

HW:Cop and Cop Enabler and Backup Cop claim. And then they NK someone else? Who turns out to be a doc enabler, which is pretty much the only thing to NK over cops except maybe a scary vig, since even if Omba is Macho Cop there's affinity, if he's town. Also noticed the four scum thing too. Since it's a 15 player game that, sofar appears to have no extra kills, and has backups for it's several town PRs, 4 scum wouldn't be surprising to me. Like, if it's 3 scum we won't be in lylo until like d5 even if we keep failing to get scum with our watchers and cops and docs and whatnot.

Anyway I regret claiming now that we know cops get their results right away and have nighttalk to boot, and that Omba wasn't even the nightkill meaning now that we could get cop results on n3 AND n4 otherwise if Affinity!Town. But it seemed like the best thing to do with what I knew at the time.

HW:Still don't think so because either Omba+Affinity scum or lynching scum gives town a cop (Wtf?) or there's a cop enabler and backup cop BUT NO COP

Too much doesn't match up about Omba's claim.

- Claiming macho as town is absolutely stupid. Personal theory: Omba's first game had a Macho Cop in it. It's entirely possible he made a dumb slip and couldn't take it back.
- If I were scum, gunning for me like that D2 was sure to get him nightkilled after my flip. As normal cop, this might not be a big deal, but he would have known he wasn't immune to protects. This isn't a matter of "no cop would play like this", it's stupidly reckless.
- That "hi, my night results resolve instantly" claim was blatantly set up. My resolution was not altered by night talk, and I imagine Dan's wasn't either. Night results resolving instantly implies sudden block immunity, which is batshit OP. I imagine he wanted to mislead town's night actions somehow.
- He survived a night as UNPROTECTABLE COP... and yet the actual kill wasn't on the player who claimed he could stop further cop scans. If they knew capth was the docstopper, killing him would be silly when Omba was already macho. Yeah sure, Dan+Watcher, but scum wouldn't be certain of a watcher and a 1v1 trade isn't THAT bad if it's to get rid of the cop.
- Also, his play has seriously been scummy as GOOFBALLS.

What does this say about Serela and Affinity? I don't know. I think they could be probable buddies since there are good reasons to lynch both, but it's irrelevant for now.

I might as well claim first now that I'm already trying to mislynch the claimed cop. Need more words, though.

N1, Conq found out that BT was not the Doctor. N2, I found out that Affinity was not the Doctor.

Story behind my N2 action: initially, I targeted Serela (if he was the doc being a herp my suspicions would be clear), but then he claimed, so I targeted capth instead as I felt he had been giving off doc tells all game. However, like five minutes before the actual deadline, I had an epiphany and went "OH SHIT WHAT IF THE DOCTOR IS ACTUALLY SCUM???" and switched to Affinity out of paranoia at the last minute. Yeah.
