The eyes seem to be attempting to box you in, and get faster each time one blows up, but eventually the lack of firepower makes the speed not matter, and Wriggle finishes the last mini-eye with a Wriggle Kick, knocking it into the panel in front of the mini-sun, where it explodes... and dosen't leave a mark.

However, the eyes are not at point-blank, and the shower of icicles actually causes quite a few to blow up. It seems the small eyes don't have the sheilding that Omega has. Unfortunetly, a few of the eyes are looking like they WILL get to the safespot, and you know Cirno can't move during this card.
