> With it decided that you will look for Kogasa, you start on your way to the Myouren Temple.

> As you descend the mountain, you notice it starts snowing rather heavily. By the time  you get to the Kappa Village, there's quite the dusting.

> "No... snow's winter. Although Letty is always where there is snow!" Cirno said.

> You fly over to the kappa.

> "Where could she have taken it?! How could she have taken it?! How did she know when everyone like Reimu left!" the kappa said to the other kappa, which, from this distance, you could tell was Nitori.

> "I don't know. But it's not good. The nuclear reactor being stolen is NOT good. What's worse is she's technologically able... she drove up here in a tank..." Nitori said.

>"So...what happened? Maybe I can help?"

> "Well, shortly after Reimu and you lot left, someone in a tank showed up, fired an explosive shell which made us all take cover, and then made off with the reactor. We don't even know who it was..." Nitori said.

> "If I may." a voice chimed in, as Rikako came out of one of the workshops, holding a repaired jetpack. "It sounds like the theif is none other than an ex-colleuge of mine, Rika. While I use science to aid people and youkai, like you Kappa... Rika uses it for her own megolomaniac purposes. She's a mad scientist, if you may. She makes weapons. Tanks. Artificial monsters. Flying machines. If she has her hands on nuclear power... it is not good, especially if she weaponises it."

> "Ah! Her! I remember now! Reimu dealt with her twice in a short period of time several years ago! She wasn't seen from since..." Nitori said.

> "That's the problem. No-one knows where her lab is." Rikako said.

---

Quest Updated: Meltdown: The theif is apparently called Rika, and is a 'mad scientist' that is likly to weaponise the reactor. No-one knows where her hideout is, as she hasn't been seen for years. Apparently Reimu's dealt with her before, so Reimu might be a place to go for more information, although it's unlikly she knows where Rika lives either, otherwise this probobly wouldn't have happened anyway.

Which of the four would you like to control first?

- Mystcia - SubQuest: Return to Moriya -
Optional Quest: Not Again Kanako...: Maybe Mystcia has figured out what didn't feel right about what Kanako said before.
- Wriggle - SubQuest: The Hakurei Shrine
- Cirno - Quest: A Frigid Freind
- Rumia - Quest: The Umbrella missing for Two Weeks

>Is it snowing anywhere right now?

> It was snowing at the Kappa Village, which is your current location. Despite being an Ice Fairy, you do not have magical snow detection power. However, as stated before, you've been around Youkai Mountain enough today to be fairly sure Letty is not here. You also know it does naturally snow on mountains, so it's not a sign of Letty.

> Although you do know a fairy that might be able to help tell where Letty is. Star Sapphire's ability to sense animate objects, while it can't detect snow, might detect a lone figure like Letty. Of course, convinceing her to help you is a whole other matter. She can be found, along with Luna Child and Sunny Milk, in their home, a tree behind the Hakurei Shrine.

> Daiyousei might also have an idea, she might have seen her, or spoken to another fairy that has seen her. She is likly at the Misty Lake.

> You could also just go look for snow in areas.

>Head for the three fairies' home.

> You being to head for an area behind the Hakurei Shrine, the other side of Gensokyo. Your path is slightly different to Wriggle's, partially because Wriggle left first, and partially because the tree isn't directly behind the Hakurei shrine, that's just how you remember where it is.

> As you fly, you notice it's snowing everywhere as you go. It's more than just the mountains.
