New character thoughts:
Sanae - Melee is fail. Amulets are nice, the dashing control is a nice touch. Otherwise not much going for her. Some of her spell cards seem kinda bad.
Meiling - Great melee, projectiles are somewhat lacking. Great combos and speed. Pretty fun and good character. Spellcards seem pretty good. Me likey.
Cirno - Mobility for the win. Gotta love the floating. Her melee is really short and her projectiles are somewhat slow to execute. Her C-Shot spread is nice for clearing bullets like Utsuho's suns and Alice's dolls.
Suwako - Weird. Her moves are so unorthodox to use. She seems pretty good in both melee and projectiles. Can be unpredictable to fight against, which is always a plus.
Utsuho - <3 Her mobility leaves a lot to desire but she's got great power. Really good at pressuring the opponent. So far I like her the best.

Don't get me started on trying to air dash with Suwako. Flap flap flap. -.-
