Ah, okay, I found the music/art forum. My new home!

So okay, hi! I am OverCoat. I mentioned in the introduction thread that I am a musician. What kind of musician? Well, I'm working on an electronic cyberpunk-inspired touhou album, called "Neo-Gensokyo." I figured, why not combine two of my favourite things I took a look at most of the other music before posting this, and I realized a lot of the music recently posteed here doesn't take... quite as many liberties as I have with this music.

I have two previews of my work here:
Moon Citizen, a "Voyage 1969" arrangement.
Floor B666, a "The Bridge People No Longer Cross" arrangement.

I have 2 others completed, the IN intro and Okuu's theme, but I will keep Okuu's theme hidden until the album is done.

Really enjoying these two tracks. Moon Citizen reminds me a lot of the old C64-style chiptunes. While I don't think it was intentional, Floor B666 brings to mind the old 16-bit Shadowrun games, so you're doing a great job with your style.

Looking forward to the final album.
