She is reasonably well dressed, with straight black hair that extends past her shoulders and a thin, strong face. She doesn't seem to be glancing toward the ceiling at all.

>You don't know a lot; they have a reputation for being territorial, which rubs a lot of people the wrong way, and for being pig-headed stubborn about laws and such, which would probably rub you the wrong way.

I'll try. Saw him in #s_l earlier, but he seems to have vanished.
