We need two if possible or willing to bedshare, three if willing to grab a cot (not guaranteed, but hoped for) or one if we can't get enough people for a room at the Hampton Inn at Katsu!  It's right across from the Gaylord and $150/night cheaper, with free breakfast! 

We'd like people who don't snore or do drugs.   That's pretty much it!  We're easy going and will probably be in bed by midnight, as we are old.

We're planning to arrive Thursday night and leave Sunday.  The more nights the better, if possible!

Your share probably won't be more than $110 including tax and gratuity; the more we get the lower it goes.  We want to max it out at 5ish people, depending upon costume load.

Waaaahhhh. I'm missing out to save up for a new(er) CAH and to be able to maintain days off to put towards AB. Not to mention that I STILL don't get PTO.

Hm. I accept your offer, with a few minor conditions:

• I need to have a significant amount of room to perform my evening jazzercise. This means room for the boombox, the barbells, the TV/VCR playing Jane Fonda's Workout and my life-sized Richard Simmons motivational cardboard cut-out.
• I need a laundry basket filled with live kittens, to play with and to pet. No Himalayans or Persians please (not racist).
• I don't normally wear clothes indoors, but I understand not everyone is OK with that. So I will one wear tube sock, albeit not on my foot.
• I don't use toilets. The window or the sink, you decide.
• I am highly allergic to linen, cotton, wool, fabric softeners, dates, milk, dust, fish scales, dog dander, perfume, cologne, air freshener, most household cleaning products and warm air, so all of these things need to be removed from the premises.
• I cannot sleep with the lights off or in total silence, and wearing earphones gives me a mild headache. I will need to have all the lights on and my favorite sleeping song, Clang Clang Clang Went The Trolley, playing loudly and on continuous loop.
• I also cannot sleep with any windows closed, it freaks me out.
• I like to gargle with buttermilk for half an hour before going to bed.
• I subsequently will need to gargle with apple vinegar for an hour upon waking up.
• Speaking of which, I wake up at dawn, and do my morning jazzercise at this time.
• At some point in the night, we will need to play Pictionary. Also I must be allowed to win.

I really don't think it's a lot to ask, and I'm sure you'll find most folks on Craiglist with demands far greater than this.

I normally charge $500 a night to guest at someone's place, but since you're a friend, I will let you take me to dinner at IHOP or Cracker Barrel instead.

Ok turning this into the general Katsu-thread now that I have a place to sleep.

Who else is going?  Because we had no snow days thus far (nevermind the stuff we had to make up THANKS SNOWTOBER) hooray I can come down to the con for the first time since 2009 when I was lolstaff and literally was on duty 18 hours a day :V

I still have work, I don't know if MJP took a part day so the earliest we'd be there is like 7:30pm Thursday.

I also still didn't start my Katsu-costume yet and it's 2 weeks away.  Whoops!  That's what this weekend is for!
