My problem is that I'm trying to get the below .gif image to work as my avatar but when I do, the image isn't animating, it just stays still. (Dio Sakuya, lol) I tried uploading it from my computer, I put it on my photobucket and used the url, neither worked. Is there something I'm missing? Like do I have to meet a certain condition to do so or what? |
