ZUN's stuff are back into White Canvas, but I've seen no official statement on that matter.

If they are a big company, there isn't much else you can do but do business with them.
But it is possible that he is unaware of it, either case works.

Doesn't seem like it's over yet, statements have been pulled from both sites, but the case is still ongoing.
