Remember seeing the RAITA drawing awhile back, and to learn it actually became a reality is really quite something.
Other than that, didn't know anything about it, but heard it was a good story. It would be a good opportunity to learn more about the Visual Novel genre.
When it came out, I kept myself in the dark about every detail I could to experience the story untainted.
After my first blind run, I ended up playing the routes in the order they appear in the gallery (and on the title screen), with the stipulation that if I got any sort of ending, I would then proceed to the next route. This playstyle felt very natural, especially in the introduction and elaboration of the side characters, and gave me a new perspective on what to do on any previous bad ends. After all run throughs, I started the cycle anew to get a different ending, which served to expand the storylines.
Definately a solid VN.
