>Chuckle, then look to Okuu. "Besides dear, look at your clothing. It's all torn up. So there's no time like the present for you to get a new outfit."

>Orin grins and slowly edges away from Koishi, also mouthing "You help me, then!

>Smirk. "Now now girls, you should know by now that your minds are like open books to me."

"And when at an important public event hosted by said household, you must look your best! Anything less is unacceptable! Understood?!" Fling an arm out dramatically for emphasis!

>Yuugi strolls over, "Yeah, sorry to interrupt, but I know a couple of Oni tailors, if that'll help ya'. It's where I got my clothes, and Suika goes there every now and again for repairs to her outfit."

>Chuckle. "That will work perfectly. Though I wonder if they have any experience with metal, since I have some outfit ideas in mind for Okuu in particular."

>She dashes off to get changed.
>Okuu returns almost exactly three minutes later, in a less-damaged and freshly-washed and ironed outfit, excited to go.

>You arrive at an obvious tailor's shop, which is quite impressive-looking compared to its neighbours.
>Yuugi knocks on the door, "Chitose!! Reiko!! Are you in here? It's Yuugi!"

>A brown-haired Oni answered the door, "Yo! It's Yuugi! Oh, you brought them from the palace! Nice! Come in, come in!"
>She steps aside and allows you in.
>Yuugi strolls in first, "Cheers, Reiko. Is Chitose home?"
>Reiko shakes her head, "Nah, not yet. She's out delivering a clothing order."
>Reiko looks at you, grinning, "Nice to finally meet ya'! Satori, isn't it?"

I was thinking something that's reminiscent of armor, yet isn't armor. Though there would be metal in places, such as the shoulders."

>Reiko thinks for a while, then has a small epiphany, "So, maybe a nice dress, but maybe not too long... with... metal shoulder plates and maybe a medium-to-wide metal belt around it, kind of like a metal corset or something? What colour? I think green would look nice, but red would too..."
>Yuugi smirks to herself, "Good at designing, terrible at deciding..."

>Reiko nods, and steps aside to a small workdesk.
>She begins scrawling a quick design sketch.
>After she's done, after a minute or so, and asks Okuu to take a look.
>Okuu's jaw nearly drops, "That's amazing! And that's in green?"
>Reiko nods, "And the skirt's not too long or too short, either."
>Okuu gestures at the shoulder plates and metal belt-corset in the middle, "So, what colour will they be?"
>Reiko blinks, "How about gold?"
>Okuu grins, "Sounds amazing."

>Smirk. "And I think that perhaps they'd look better with a black inlay in addition to being gold."

>Reiko grins and adds that as a side-note to her drawing, "Brilliant, brilliant..."

>An Oni with light-brown hair strolls through the front door, not even fazed by you.
>Yuugi grins, "Chitose, you took your time."
>Chitose sighs, "Yeah, the customer was so obsessed with small-talk, I had to make an excuse to get away! I told him 'I'd love to stay and chat, but I've got visitors due now'. Didn't actually know we did have visitors, but it must be my intuition."
>Reiko laughs, "Chitose, say hi to Satori, Koishi, Orin and Okuu. From the palace."
>Chitose looks at you all, before waving, "Hey, wondered when I'd finally meet ya'! Nice to meet ya'."

>Smile. "Well, these past few days have been rather busy for me lately, what with the events that led to me starting the planning and preparations for the festival."

>Reiko hands Chitose the design sketch, "Take a look at that!"

>Reiko gestures at Okuu, who waves excitedly.

>Reiko and Chitose study Koishi for a minute or so.

>Chitose speaks up first, "I was thinking something quite nice and breezy, something that's elegant but not all clustered and heavy..."
>Reiko nods, "Yes, definitely some yellow, and white too."

>Reiko gets sketching, and Chitose keeps checking Koishi for more details.
>Chitose nudges Reiko, "Add some ribbons. Maybe in the hem of the dress and the sleeves, too... maybe make the shoulders puffy with some ribbon at the bottom, too..."
>Reiko nods, furiously scribbling away.

>"Well, everything else seems to be going smoothly today at least. And even that little hiccup earlier was turned to a benefit."

>Chitose nods, "Hiccup? Are you on about that explosion? Scared me outta' my skin, that did."

>They finish the sketch, and Reiko holds it up.
>It's a flowing dress, and the main colour is a light yellow. The bottom of the dress has a petal-like pattern flowing down from the waist, over a white lacy at the bottom. The sleeves have a similar pattern with the petals fanning out from the elbow, again with a lacy white petticoat-like thing on the inside..
>Around the waist is a white ribbon, which is tied in a bow at the back. The neck has a scallop-pattern collar with white trim, and there are white flower-shaped buttons down to the waist.
>Koishi gasps, "Wow!! That's amazing!"

>Reiko nods with her, "Definitely... . Maybe the bottom of the dress could have a slit along the left side of it, show off the legs..."
>Chitose nods, "Black could be the main colour, with red on it. Get a red wispy, fiery pattern near the bottom of it."
>Reiko returns to her work, sketching.
