Ten Desires score.dat resetting?

Ok...
I went to go make a replay of a spell in Ten Desires to help a friend out with extra stage, but as I entered Spell Practice I noticed I had a 00/00 record on that spell, despite having captured it twice in spell practice.  Further investigation showed that almost the entire score.dat had been reset.

Now, this is the third score.dat that has been reset on me: first SA, then MoF, and now TD has reset.

What I'm wondering is why is the score.dat resetting, and can I have a score.dat for Ten Desires with everything unlocked?

I don't have a score.dat file for my ten desires, instead I have a scoreth13.dat file in AppData\Roaming\ShanghaiAlice\th13.
Maybe that's what you're talking about.

Yes, that is what I'm talking about, but it still reset to a (mostly) blank state.
