Any reason for this, or is it some kind of mistake?
So now are those three ranks (BBMR, RA++, SJ) actually just open for everyone to just join for the heck of it, or...?
Who'd request that, actually...?

Thanks for pointing this out. None of those groups should have been open, no.  Matsuri has since closed them to free joining (because every time I touch group permissions something explodes <_<).

In terms of people that might request them, some forumgoers have genuine interest in doing the nitty-gritty work. I think all of our current Janitors are people that applied, in fact.

I refixed them.  Looks like the upgrade changed the meanings of each of the values (again ugh).  Thanks!
