this pisses me off. i am sure this has happened before to others but i still thought i would mention it. as i was mining i ran into a dungeo that i was mostly ready for. apperantly not enough since i died anyway but when i went back all my stuff was gone. i took only about a minute and a half 2 minutes at the most and it was already gone! i had a diamond pick and sword. both still at nearly full usage but now they are gone >:(

This can happen at times. I've lost a few pieces of equipment (namely diamond helmets) this way.
