> Pull out a Seed and perform the chicanery necessary to make the apron look and feel like the capelet while hiding the seed's presence in the thing as best as possible.
>You pull out the seed and stroke it's little snakey head with your fingers. It shifts and quivers in your grasp for a moment, before raising its head and looking toward you expectantly. You bring it forward, and softly whisper into its ear what you want it to do, while focusing on the item in your mind. Typically, a fairly detailed job like turning the apron into a specific item like that particularly capelet would be a long and arduous thing to express. But, with the capelet here, it is much easier to show the seed what you need. Once you feel the order has been properly received, you lower the serpent and let it slither onto the apron. It quickly hides itself in a pocket, and the apron's form grows hazy for a moment, as though you were looking at it through bleary eyes, before it shifts and changes into a perfect replica of the capelet.
