29-07-2011 IRC fixed, ppirc resolving [ webchat unborked ]

Ah, yes, that seems to work. I didn't realize that the server was supposed to be cirno.lunar-tokyo.net, but the channel was supposed to remain as #Shrinemaiden. I didn't know the difference, curse my lack of IRC knowledge. Thanks!
