Okay, so Tewi's definitely our best lead right now. But it doesn't look like she'll cooperate, so my thought is to take her to Satori by force. I'm sure Satori will be willing to help us with Tewi if it'll help resolve the incident.

Note: The idea is to knock Tewi out and take her to Satori. Unless anyone has any objections, of course.

I suspect a few people will object because not only did we have the Satori discussion last game, but Purvis as good as told you himself that using Satori is a Bad Idea when Tewi said Satori wouldn't go for it and then up and insulted you when you pressed the point. :V

We don't need Satori anyway, Tewi is lying about involvement because she's contractually obligated to do so. Satori will recognize this and not only not tell us who is responsible but likely get upset with us for trying to pull something like that. So Tewi will get hit with her contractual penalty (which is probably very unpleasant) and we'll have nothing to show for it outside of two people massively annoyed with us.

because the lunarians are the only people who could actually manhandle Problem Solver Reimu.

While the Lunarians are one of the few forces we know of that are demonstrably out of Reimu's normal league, I don't think it matches up in this case. Namely that Eientei would be a pretty good refuge against most direct interference, Kaguya and Eirin being who they are.
