After spending roughly 8 hours watching the replay(Much longer than I anticipated) and finally finishing it about 10 minutes for work, I'll have to delay the new achievements and dealing out points until tonight. This post will be edited when that time comes.

Points added! Finally! If you didn't get points, it's because you didn't actually get the achievement. You are free to an appeal if you want to post the replay and the specific time in where you got it.
Not So Homing(Reimu) added to, hopefully this will make it slightly more clear.
So Happy T_T(Tenshi) changed slightly.
Rasputin(Kaguya) increased to 70
ZA WARUDO(Sakuya) stipulation added
Winning requirements added to several achievements.
Multiple Choice Answer(Flandre) changed slightly.
Suika is now getting very very drunk.
Sanae has unprecedented faith.
New Achievements!
Suika Suika!: As Suika, every 12:30 minutes, you must add a Watermelon to your inventory. If you do not buy one by 15 seconds after every 12:30 minutes, you fail this achievement. If you are dead during this time you must buy it immediately on spawn. You must win the game(hard)
Ignore The Main Method: As Suika, do not attack at all. Mini-Suika may attack, and you may use all skills and items. Win the game and get at least 3 kills.(lunatic)
Drunken Fury: As Suika, the only item you can buy is Sake. Have your inventory full of Sake by the end of the game, and Win the game.(hard)
Fire the Ally!: As Suika, kill an ally and an enemy in the same toss.(hard)
The Girl who can make Miracles: Get Futile Struggling, Wish Come True, and Youkai Extermination in the same game. Additionally, one ally must get an achievement(no teamwide or easy achievements allowed) and you must win.(lunatic)

Mukyuu! Mukyuu!(Hey, Dots Devs do it :V)
Promotional achievement removed.
Scavenger(Nazrin) reduced to 75 point items.
Minoriko has a lot of demand nowadays!
New achievements!
Elemental Magician: As Patchouli, get a kill with every single spell. This achievement requires multiple games. Dular will keep track of what spells you have gotten kills with.(lunatic)
The One-Weak Wizard:Get at least three kills with your regular attack as Patchouli. You cannot get more than 5 kills with magic spells.(normal)
Red ones go faster: You must end the game with a completed red llama and have the fastest movespeed out of all the girls. This achievement does not qualify on girls who have movement increasing skills. (Do the math or ask everyone to type -ms and say what it is.)(normal)
Peek-A-Boo!: Kill an enemy girl who is invisible, without a true sight item or skill. The invisible girl must have been invisible for at least 3 seconds.(normal)
Plentiful Power of a God: As Minoriko, end the game with the most amount of damage of all your allies, and have the most kills of your team. You cannot buy/sell items for the purpose of this achievement, and your assists cannot be higher than a third of your kills.(lunatic)

Needs a ridiculous amount of setup on both sides to pull that off. Like a Yuugi/Byak for the 5k hp and a Sakuya with Medi for the buffspam to charge up damage.

Other techniques that are more quantifiable can easily be done with simple math. Hina is a bit of a more difficult case.

Ehh possibly the first time I'm ever submitting one of these since I don't generally keep track of whether I'm getting anything or not, and I'm not even sure if it counts, but who better to get the Legend of Hourai achievement with than Kaguya HOURAIsan

On the other hand, Meiling left the game about 30 odd minutes in, though the game didn't last long after that, so I don't know if this counts. :/

Rose-killing Carmilia(normal) Yuyuko added to 'cannot kill' list.
Know All and See Nothing(Hatate) changed slightly.
So Very Yandere(Lunatic) wording changed.
New Achievements!
Guilty Judging the Guilty: As Eiki, kill an enemy girl with a Cleansed Crystal Judgement of that girl currently out, and then use the same clone to kill another enemy girl.(lunatic)
THEY'RE IN MY HAIR!: Get a kill with Scarlet Bat "Vampirish Night".(easy)
It was Fated: Hit every single enemy girl with a gungnir in the span of 30 seconds.(lunatic)
Scythe-blocked: Kill an enemy Komachi as she is doing her ultimate. You cannot be Yuugi(hard)
Route B: Destroy the enemy shrine without destroying the mini-shrine at the far side.(hard)

Unfortunately there will be no update Saturday, just a heads up.
