I haven't touched the project for a while, I was just seeing what was possible. PCB is a way bigger pain in the ass for a variety of reason, the first being the huge amount of sprites I'd have to make for bosses (there's about 100), and the second is how PCB deals with textures.
It's not just as simple as plugging larger textures like in EoSD and knowing they'll rescale accordingly. You have to edit a load of scripts that effect their respective images. For example, here's an edited version for Yukari's spellcard background:

There's plenty of variables you can manipulate to gain interesting effects, but because you have to repack the .ecl file and then the .dat
every time you make an edit, it starts to feel really tedious after a while.
It's something I still want to do, but it's not something I can just wing through like with EoSD.
