Title: Touhou 6 and 10 won't run 60 FPS in Fulscreen

It's been doing this ever since I got it, and so now I've finally asked it. I've tried the option "Force 60 FPS" but it doesn't work. It's hard to play in a window, can someone help?

What're your hardware/software specs?  What kind've monitor do you have?

Er...if you mean what kind of computer it's a HP Vista. as far as I know...um..the monitor it says HP w1907.
I"m only 11, so lots of things I do and don't understand. ^^'

Okay, can you find out what model the computer is as well?  I can probably figure out your system specs that way.

Make sure you've installed the most recent version of DirectX 9 (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3&displaylang=en).

Make sure your computer isn't dusty inside (clogging up the heatsink/fans) and/or running overly hot, which will cause it to throttle itself down so it doesn't break.

Also, make sure you aren't running any other program, especially anything else that would use the videocard's processing power.
