Title: About the fonts used on MoF (and some other Touhou)

I was wondering if somebody knows which fonts were used on the MoF english patch.

Those are:

- The fonts used for the main menu
- The font for the select character menu
- The font used for showing the difficulty in game
- the font for the score and all that stuff
- and the font for the stage's initial message.
