Title: Question on using the original music.

Hey there, I was trying to throw together a TH13 fangame, and I was wondering on thoughts about using the original music.  I'm pretty much useless for remixing, and I was wondering if I could just use the game's music.  Otherwise I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do  :V

If you're going to release it for distribution, using any assets, art or sound from the original games is very strongly advised AGAINST.

ZUN has forbid using game data in official releases of fanworks, whether the original or altered. We at MotK don't really care, since for the most part making completely new data for small releases isn't worth it; but that's why we have a few members who have contributed some graphics and the like. Generally the use of original game data is unadvised. If you're going to release something into the wild, please take the necessary precautions.

Yep, thanks.  Actually just found someone else interested in doing the music anyway, so crisis averted.  Thanks for the help!
