Hello, my friend is using a Dell Inspiron 1525 with Windows Vista Home Premium (32 Bits), with display settings of 1024x768
He has Directx 10, and somehow, when he plays Touhou (we've tried from EoSD to MoF) at fullscreen, he gets a centered window with a display of 640x480, everything else is just black screen. Changing between fullscreen and windowed mode doesn't do anything.
Also his name is Steven.
Does anyone know what to do? Thanks!

Right click on wallpaper and select either NVIDIA control center or ATI catalyst control center depending, which one he has (if he has Intel I feel sorry for him). Find a page which says flat panel scaling and choose an option with fixed-aspect ratio scaling.

Well he has Intel, I feel sorry for him too ._.
Edit: Fixed. The problem was display, it was 1280x800 and not 1024x768. It worked with the latter one.
Thanks!
