Title: Touhou Soccer isnt working

I cant get Touhou soccer 2 to work I'm trying to get touhou soccer to work but here is what is happening..... Ok I click main scenerio it works ok besides that THERE ARE NO WORDS....... Then when the whole cutscene is done it stopped and wouldnt respond. What do I do. (Also I'm using vista just so you know...)

Japanese locale maybe?
