Title: Fraps Help?

Can someone help me set up Fraps so I can record my IaMP replays? I'm not sure what settings to use.

Simple.
Just choose where you want your movie recorded, the FPS, and the trigger. After that, while you're playing, press the trigger-button (f10, or something like that) to begin recording your play.
But watch out! Fraps can decrease the average FPS for a touhou, so I suggest you seekthe "best" FPS, depending from your computer.
