Title: Touhou 7 PCB, no menu or anything

Ok, when I start the game I see our good ol' screen before the first menu, the story, extra , etc select. No options shown. The music is playing, I press the arrow keys and I here the sound I should be hearing, but I don't SEE any options, just the blank title screen. This is version 1.00b by the way.

Any idea's on the cause of this, or the solution? Thanks ahead of time to anyone who has any idea on the problem or the solution.
