Uh, mine only does that when the pen's battery is running low. :v

Pretty cute, but to be honest, I don't really like the random white dots in the picture. Even if it's supposed to be part of the style it looks pretty awkward.

That's just me accidentally using the brush instead of the pencil then coloring in and going "Oh DAMN." and being too tired to actually do something about it.
