Title: Update Touhou 12 to 1.00b

I launched the updater for 1.00b for UFO and linked it to the folder with UFO installed into. However, it says error when I try to update it. Could you please help?

Did you run it with AppLocale?

I already have it set to Japanese Unicode. When i run it and link it to the folder that has all the UFO data, it doesn't work. It says some kind of error message and doesn't update it.
