Title: Koumajou Densetsu: Scarlet Symphony error when loading

Ok after installing everything perfectly I start the game, it runs fine. when I hit game Start the loading screen appears then I get an error box that starts with #error 1 the the rest is all in japanese. this happens on both the English and the Japanese exe. If you need a screen shot to determine what the error may be if this is an unknown issue I am unable to do so for a while as the game isn't on this computer.
