Title: Can't patch 12.3

Whenever I try to run the patch, I get this error:

While I'm assuming it's an "invalid characters in the directory filepath" type of warning, I get it regardless of where I set the directory to, and there are no characters that should be causing it to display that to begin with.  It happens with all the patches too, including ones I had previously that had worked before.

Disregard this.  Apparently the problem was me having my computer's language set to Japanese (why that would make a patch for a Japanese game not work, I have no idea).

Guess I'm not the only person who thought of doing that.
