Title: Can't update TH 12.3 to 1.10

I've been trying to update to 1.10 on 12.3 for a while now, and I find that I keep getting this error.

Since I can't read japanese worth a damn, I'm hoping someone can help out. Using Vista if that makes a difference, and I am tracing the file location directly to where 12.3 should be.

I just extracted mine onto the desktop and copy-pasta'ed the files in my UNL folder.  Run with administrator?

Seems odd that UNL would go from 1.03 straight to 1.10. What does the new patch even fix?

The patch tweaks nearly all the characters AFAIK.  Nothing too noticeable, unless you are a hardcore fighting game nut.

Actually, there are a lot of noticeable changes made - probably the most easiest to spot is Alice's bullets are different.

It bumped up to 1.10 because it's the official Balance Patch.

Shiri and I were looking forward to seeing them patch in some of the cut characters- Nitori/Wriggle, maybe even Kaguya/Mokou because we were hopeful. But not yet!

Speaking of which, are the cut characters dummied out, but still in the coding, or are they not there at all?  Because if they were still there, maybe we could get someone to see if we could unlock them, maybe tweak them a little.

It won't update if you're in jap locale. Switch to english.

According to every framereader and memory reader we've got, there's not a hint of any of them in the game's data.

While we're at it, has anyone found the changelog, if it exists?

No matter what I do, I can't get Japanese characters to display in notepad. However, the readme file in your th123 directory is updated with a small line about v1.10 when you patch (maybe a link?). I'd like to know what the small line says, but again, can't read it. :(
