my copy arrived today, and i'm really enjoying it. because of the new storefront system, i can finally get some damn Touhou paintjobs with ease. im currently going around multiplayer with my Reimu NSX GT <3

I want it ;_;
I should get it for custom paint jobs. Forza 2 was awesome, but I only rented the game ;_;

Holding out for GT5, personally.

i really wanna get that, but since im lacking a PS3, it won't happen :(

Forza > GT, sorry.
I really want this game. I loved the first one but had to skip out on the second one since I didn't own a 360. Don't know if it's going to happen anytime soon though.

Agreed with you as of Forza 2/GT4 and GT5P, but GT5 is kind of a holy grail for me. Forza 3 didn't really do much to impress me (and the selection of vehicles isn't very impressive either), though it's hard to screw up a winner like Forza 2.
(Also, GT5 has the Top Gear Test Track. Booyaka.)

I've always wanted to try this series but I don't have an Xbox..Blah
Looking forward to GT5 myself though, was really expecting a GT to come out with PS3's release kinda like PS2 and GT3, alas the prologue version doesn't cut it.
edit: Say it just occured to me, is there a good racing game for the PC similar to these two? I mean one with an extensive career mode, oodles of cars, preferably historical stuff, etc. I've tried the new need for speed shift, but quite frankly it's a let down. I don't know, I just don't like the feel of the steering and braking in that game. Also I don't really like the selection of cars either, plus the # it has is pretty puny in comparison to GT (dunno bout forza, never played it).
The best racing sim/arcade hybrid type game I've played for the PC is probably Test Drive: unlimited...Unfortunately it's pretty buggy on my computer, likes to freeze and crap, I think it doesn't like quad cores or something I dunno.
