Seriously, I know this is an extremely noob question and this is not the correct place to ask, but I can't change my avatar at any circumstances, so, where should I click? x_x

Avatar usage is restricted to users with 10 or more posts.

I forget exactly what TSO's reasoning for this was but I remember it was good. Possibly had to do with spam bots maybe.

There's an automated exploit involving uploaded avatars (which all avatars here are, automaic download and rehost) so avatars and uploads and PMs are restricted to people with 10 posts or more only.

It's right in the rules you should have bothered to read but I guess that's asking too much.

Don't necrobump to post something stupid. Responding to the necrobump isn't much better. Report and walk away.
