or whatever its actual name is. It's touhou and it's tetris. Now on to the real question: Can someone tell me what the spellcards do? I have no idea as to the effects of half the spellcards in that game, and some of them seem completely useless (such as Cirno's lvl 1 card, though that would make sense). Thanks.

I assume you're talking about this (http://touhou.wikia.com/wiki/Touhou_Battle_Gaiden).
Let's see...
Reimu:
- Destroy all blocks with a horizontal range of 3, vertical unlimited
- Steal BALLS from the opponent. AI cheats with this a lot. And I mean A LOT
- For a very short time, this forces your opponent's field to remain completely stationary. By this, I mean that when they clear the rows, the blocks above them will not collapse down
Marisa:
- Drops a certain number of stars on the opponent's field (10). There are times when the stars refuse to fall though (e.g. full columns)
- Spark the opponent's field, which fills up your bottom 3 rows
- Spark from above. Creates holes in the opponents field
Reisen:
- Te(w)i. Makes all the blocks that you're currently holding the only block usable (and queued) for the duration
- Eirin! Disables rotations and Spell Cards
- Eyes. After clearing at least one row, the blocks below start to do strange things, usually causing a load of row clears. Basically, something like taking your rows and adding it to your opponents. That is, if you can even make a row
Sakuya:
- Knifes (verb) the bottom 5 rows away
- Adds 5 rows to your opponent "magically"
- Time Stop.
1d4+1 free turns Opponent can't speed up the blocks, opponent cannot activate Spell Card
Youmu:
- Slashes the top 4 rows clean
- Great CLEAVE! Creates a cleft (giant void down the middle), causes rearrangement of the side blocks. Destroys quite a few too
- Myon. Double "damage"
Aya:
- Blows the rows towards the center (middle of the screen), causing the blocks to leave an opening on the side closer to the "player"
- Copies the opponent's field
- Blows the opponent's field randomly
Cirno:
- Nothing. You ⑨ why did you do that? Only the bright know when to use this
- Freezes both players. Disables Spell Cards temporarily
- Instakill the other player, no more Spell Cards for them
I think Sakuya's are down wrong, so I'll double check that. There we go. I still think there's something still wrong inside, but that could just be me and my paranoia.

Ah, thanks. I was wondering what most of the lvl 3 spells did (minus reimu and aya, those were pretty self explanatory).

finally i can figure out what reisen level 3 can do...
jsut about everything else made sense except for that one...
I did a reisne mirror match once to see how it worked and still couldn't figure it out and we got it several times during the match
