I'm a beginner-intermediate piano and an intermediate cello player, so I have a question.
What touhou music should I play?
I have all music from around mystic square and the latter, parts of UFO, final stage from UNL, and greenwich in the sky.

Stuff from EasyMode would be sufficient I guess. Personally I don't like their arrangements, but that's just me. They have the easiest stuff out there and a few tougher ones, so it should be fine.

Do keep in mind that some piano arrangements try to be as faithful to the original piece as possible, cramming as much texture in as they can, occasionally making the piece unplayable without at least 3 hands.
[edit] Though most of the takes on Septette for the Dead Princess seem to be pretty decent.

I've ended up learning China's theme on piano and Lullaby Of Deserted Hell on Cello.
