Sorry, but considering your score I doubt your claim of "no continues", since that's the kind of score you have coming out of stage 5 if you did REALLY badly. On that note, 10 million points in HRtP is really, REALLY easy to get, since it's an extend every 2 million points and you can get that much in a single stage at points.

Donut, I believe that the score counter got broken. Check the end of the video and you'll see the score submission going beyond even the 9 million scores. However, some other things stick out as being odd to me. Also, Extend!s happen at each interval of 400k points.
Since the video only displays the end portion, this gives us no indication of initial lives. The game does not penalize you for cranking your lives to max for instance. This allows early suicide for bombs which leads to mass early-game scoring. Further, having more lives (and bombs) at the start contributes more to the stage clears regardless. Having no sound also makes me a bit wary.
Lastly... why is the ending being shown?

On that subject, what is "default lives" anyway? I've always thought it was 4, because for this game 3 just seemed like too much.

...Huh. I thought it was different. Oh well, I seem to remember clearing both lunatics with multiple lives, so that doesn't really change anything~.
And my bad, I thought there was an extra zero on the score. Still, considering someone like me who only cares about scoring as far as getting extra lives (which is actually more important here than anywhere else), can reach 6.5 million on hard, it can't be that difficult to reach 10 million.

Doesn't matter how easy it is to get lives, you can't say that starting with 4 extra lives is the same as starting with default lives.

get more than 3mil score at 2,3round
and that is enough to make full lives (it need only 2.4mil score?)

For obtaining a score that large, the initial lives do matter as I have already said.
Not doubting your ability or anything, but for scoring, the initial lives do have an impact.

Well, I just messed around on scoring using the base 3 lives and I am... not that surprised with my results (didn't suicide for extra bombs except when I actually was on full lives).
Stages 1-5 I was able to reach ~1mil (including the Boss Clear Bonus); Stage 1 is very annoying.
Stages 6-10 were a mess. Hit ~3mil, but I missed a few chains and lost a fair bit lot.
Stopped there because I wasn't feeling very well.
Scoring doesn't seem that bad, especially when you place the bombs properly, netting you an unholy amount of points. Additionally, survival wise, I get a lot more lives / bombs in addition to actually being able to "cheese" through the stages :V

- Check the "Record Sound" box (under the Movies tab)
- Select "Detect best sound input"
That should enable the sound recording. If not, then it might be because of compatibility issues.

Your settings are wrong. It's recording your voice off a microphone and not the game sounds, because I can hear you pressing the buttons.
It will not record game sound unless you choose "Stereo Mix" / "What-you-hear" or similar as input.
1. click start and open control panel
2. click on "sound"
3. click on "recording" tab
4. right click on the recording empty area and click on " show disabled devices"
5. if it shows "stereo mix" then right click on it and make it default
6. click ok and finish.

I... didn't think bombs could be abused to so much of an extent. Even with the default 3 lives.
That is still an ingenious tactic, and is perfectly legitimate. Congratulations.
Remind me not to do scoring for a 1cc video.
