I don't think I need to say any more, but can someone in the know confirm this? I saw it bouncing around my social media feed, so I'd like alternative sources of confirmation.

This was reportedly at quesQ's booth at WonderFest. It's very likely real (there are at least two pictures of the poster), although they don't seem to have announced it online yet, if they even will before a prototype.
