hey guess wat it's that time again
last year's topic here (https://www.shrinemaiden.org/forum/index.php/topic,19170.0.html)
that time for a new years challenge for the new year year thing new new neue
just show everyone what you've been doing or how much you've improved in the medium of your choice, be it drawing, sketching, mixing, composing, vandalism, whatever

due date: sometime before the first week of the january ends. now... get cracking

Hm... I tried being more productive, but I was also trying to find a new job and those don't really go well together. In any case, here's my best in 2015 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KtxlERtkg0), and my best in 2016 (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2wb5fvWptS0). I don't feel much has changed, but it's fine.

I did get into Top 30 in the Touhou Weekly Ranking on Niconico, which never happened before, so it's already something towards progress. The Halloween video got picked up at 59th last time.

I hope I can make more stuff next year, since my situation became much more stable and it's refreshing to the mind. I also do know what I want to improve next.

I can't say for reals if you're better or worse, but you're good regardless.  My only complaint is in the second one you missed the opportunity to use some eurobeat where you used invincible star music, but that's senses of humor and such.

More thicc, definite improvement.

More vibrant and bold color usage, it looks like! Shading's more subtle, and I want to say the facial composition is better. Good work!

I thought the last time I drew digital was last year or at least 2 years ago, but looking at my thread, the last one is back in 2014 lol wth? hahaha
and the link's dead, but rest assured it's worse than this :V
will need to practice more this year
