Title: Sound issue in Neko Project II

Whenever I load a save state in Neko Project II, it cause the music to be missing some of the "instruments"

UPDATE: Probably a separate issue, but suddenly my audio is no longer synced with the game no matter what I do

EDIT: Turns out I configured something wrong. The desync issue is fixed now, the save state issue is not
