Hey people. I'm new here. I was told about this forum by Kaneko in the Livestream channel, which I discovered when chibity told me about it on Youtube. Not that anyone cares how I ended up here anyway.
So, I love Stepmania, and was talking to Kaneko about it, and we didn't find any Stepmania thread here, so I'm creating one.

A long time ago, I uploaded about four big zips/rars full of Touhou stepfiles I had collected.
They're still floating around on the internet. Creatively called Touhou 1-4. I do have another 4-5 folders full of the things but never got around to uploading them.

I have a small collection of my own too. Actually, I found some link on YT with a lot of files labeled only as "Touhou" a long time ago(I had just started playing stepmania and had barely touched Touhou at the time, I couldn't only clear 2 of those files), and added whatever I found interesting.
Also, OD's Touhou Mix, but meh.
I want to make more. I've gotten better at it.

I actually have a website now where I'm thinking of hosting Touhou-related Stepmania files, so if you're interested in contributing, I'm up for hosting.

Yeah, I was gonna make a new thread when I release my Touhou pack.
But I don't know if that's gonna happen now due to my dumbass father accidently deleting my account on my laptop that had all of the files in it.
I'm trying to retrieve them though, but now my AC plug isn't even working.

From cutting the song to making the graphics to building the skeleton, the file in its entirety will take me no longer than an hour or two.

Yeah, motivation plays a big part. Low motivation usually means I won't even finish the file. I'll make the Heavy and leave.

...this is unfortunate, but it seems like the pack might have a chance of being completely postponed to this Christmas.
If I'm fortunate though, then probably by the end of this month or next month.

I promised a friend I'd make a pad difficulty on a file I'm (supposed to be) working on, because bitch only plays pad, and guess what? I made almost whole challenge difficulty, got stuck on a part where I just lacked inspiration. Then I thought "when I finish this I still have to make standard pad, fuck this shit, I'll finish later." That was like a month ago. And I didn't even finish Challenge. I blame the pad guy.

The only ones i've tried are the first Touhou pad Pack (the one you were flaunting around in your sig back in 08 iirc) and the collection that Mima put together. i can't remember any more from the top of my head.
