Title: help to patch the Touhou Pocket Wars 2nd

i want to help patching the TPW2nd Game but the fact is that i can't decrypt the .xp3 files (i used Kirikiri and xp3viewer).
but everytime that i open the programs they instantly crash,so i need help to know the cause of the ista-crash.
