Title: Danmakufu 0.12m won't work

It just crashes before the title screen shows up. I have no idea why or what the problem is.

ph3 is fine, though.

Most often this is an issue that can be solved by running the application in Japanese with Applocale or Locale Emulator. I know that ph3 definitely doesn't need Japanese locale to work properly, so it's likely that that's the cause.

If that doesn't work then that's all I've got, unfortunately. 0.12m has always been more buggy.
