Title: Touhou 14.5 english patch won't work.

I can get the japanese version to start up just fine, but the english patched version won't work at all. I click the icon, and nothing happens. I click again, and it says there's another instance of the game already running. Also, I'm not sure how to update the game. Can someone help me? (I have windows 10 if this helps).
