Title: Touhou 14.5 Doesn't boot up...

Recently,I patched my ULiL to the latest patch,but it doesn't even show in background processes.Just plays an error sound,no error notification though.I tried to depatch but it failed,i reinstalled it and even the oldest patch that used to work with my PC doesn't even work anymore.OS is Win8.1,64-bit.

Try using this (http://1drv.ms/1J6yOpF) (put files in the game folder and run th145launch.exe) and then report back.
